**Just a footnote that Mutant X does have a few comics (2 t.t) and that it was co-produced by Marvel so I'm pushing your limits and seeing if its acceptable? I apologize if it is not and will not feel bad if you decide you dont want the advert on your board.
Its.not.over.
This is a brief summary of the plotline/story of the board, it is recommended you read the extended version however as this is only point form. This will be updated as plot lines progress.
Mutant X
After the explosion at the Dominion Head-Quarters the Mutant X team severed ties for many months, keeping very little contact between them as to slip under the radar.
Adam Kane (who still refuses to explain how exactly he got out of the facility) has slowly pieced most of the team back together, moving the crew to a new base (though crude and still under production).
Shalimar Fox is still missing, the team is distraught but are secretly hoping she is alive and they will see her.
Emma De'Lauro has resurfaced along side Adam (Her death was faked as he had moved her to safety because of her rapidly evolving telempathic abilities) and a startling new mutant who has brought both skepticism and surprise to the rest of the team members: Kim (previously part of Gabriel Ashlocke's Strand, though she ended up miss-carrying his child and his psychological hold of her has finally subsided).
Genomex
As Mutant X has found out along with the general public, the dead don't seem to be staying dead when it comes to long-term enemies.
Mason Eckhart has risen again, alive and kicking (though with slight memory loss) and the reasoning seems to be linked to a new mutant. Only time will tell.
The GSA is back full throttle and the security is tighter and more efficient then ever.
The Strand
Gabriel Ashlocke told Adam Kane that "This isn't over" as he exploded into microscopic bits and it certainly seems to be true. Though Mutant X is unaware of Gabriel's new resurrection it is only a matter of time before they realize the trouble they could be in.
Several old followers have returned to his side, a new base has been formed and Gabriel has started his recruiting anew.
Mutant Underground
Over the six months the team had been disbanded Adam along with many of his old contacts finally completed their years old project: A mutant city based underneath the main city, below the sewers.
Though fairly new, it is already thriving with new mutants who have been sanctioned to live there, free of the wrath of the GSA for the time being.
